Landscape Lighting Repair & Maintenance
Half the lights out? Whole system dark? We troubleshoot and repair existing low-voltage lighting, including systems someone else installed.
What usually goes wrong
- A run of lights goes dark, often a cut wire from edging, aeration or new plantings, or a corroded connection.
- Dim lights at the end of a run: voltage drop from undersized wire or too many fixtures on one line.
- Nothing turns on: a tripped GFCI, a failed timer or photocell, or a dead transformer.
- Fixtures buried or knocked over by mulch, mowers and growing shrubs.
- Old halogen bulbs that burn out often and use more power.

LED upgrades
Many older halogen systems can be converted to LED by swapping lamps or fixtures and checking the transformer. The result is fewer burned-out bulbs and a lower power draw.
Annual lighting tune-up
Once a year, we clean lenses, re-aim fixtures that shrubs have grown around, tighten connections, replace failed lamps and reset timers for the season.
