Sprinkler & Drip Irrigation Installation
A new system should water every part of the yard evenly, without puddling on the clay or running down the driveway. We design each system zone by zone for your property.
Designed for East Alabama yards
Much of the ground around Auburn and Opelika is red clay that takes water slowly. Water it too fast and it runs off before it soaks in. We group heads into zones by sun, shade and plant type, choose nozzles that match the soil, and set run times in shorter cycles so water actually reaches the roots of your Bermuda, Zoysia or centipede lawn.
What a new installation includes
- A walk of the property and a zone plan for turf, shrub beds and trees
- Rotors and spray heads for lawns, drip line for beds, foundation plantings and containers
- Valves, low-voltage wiring and a controller (a smart, weather-aware controller if you want one). We install Hunter and Rain Bird controllers and sprinkler products
- Backflow protection as required by your water provider
- Rain sensor, a final coverage test and a walkthrough of how to run the system

New construction, new sod, or an existing yard
Installing before sod goes down is easiest, but we also retrofit established yards with minimal disruption.
Lake properties
Sloped lakefront lots and lake-water intakes need a different design. See Lake Martin irrigation and lighting.

Start with an inspection or a service call
Sprinkler problems? Book an irrigation inspection and we'll run the system and give you a breakdown of necessary repairs. Repairs, new systems, commercial properties or lighting? Request a service call and we'll assess the job on site. Inspections and service calls carry a fee.
