Irrigation built for lake lots
Most Lake Martin homes sit on a slope that runs toward the water. Spray a hillside the same way you'd water a flat yard in Auburn and the water runs downhill, erodes mulch beds and leaves the top of the slope dry. We zone slopes separately from flat areas, use low-rate rotors and drip on banks, and set cycle-and-soak schedules so water stays where it lands.
Pumping irrigation water from the lake
Many lakefront homes water with lake water instead of a well or city line. A lake-intake system uses a pump and screened intake to feed the sprinklers. These systems need a properly sized pump, a filter, and an intake placed with seasonal water levels in mind, since the lake is lowered in winter. We design, install and service lake-fed irrigation.

If you're at the lake on weekends or only in summer, a smart controller lets you check and adjust watering from home in Auburn, Birmingham or Atlanta. Not sure what condition the system is in?
