What the inspection covers

Water supply

We start by checking the water supply to the system.

Controller setup

We test the controller and verify it's set up and working correctly.

Run the zones

We run all the zones we can.

Sprinkler walk-through

While each zone runs, we walk through and check each sprinkler.

Minor adjustments

Small fixes like adjusting a sprinkler's spray pattern are made on the spot.

Issues flagged

Anything that needs more than a minor adjustment gets flagged.

When we're done, you get a breakdown of necessary repairs and/or suggestions for your system.

How it works

  1. Book & pay. Request an inspection online or call 334-502-5440. Inspections are paid at booking, before the visit is scheduled.
  2. Site visit. We come to the property at the scheduled time. You don't need to be home as long as we can get to the yard and the controller.
  3. Inspect. We check the water supply and controller, run the zones, walk through checking each sprinkler, make minor adjustments and flag issues.
  4. Repairs & suggestions. You get a breakdown of necessary repairs and/or suggestions. You decide what to fix.

Inspection pricing

Pricing is based on the size of your system (how many zones it has) and is given when you book. Not sure how many zones you have? Count the zone numbers on your controller, or just call and we'll help.

Inspection FAQ

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we have access to the yard and the controller. If your controller is in the garage or somewhere inside, we'll need a way to get to it.

When should I get an inspection?

Every year, ideally in the spring at start-up. And definitely if your system hasn't been checked in a while.

How much does an inspection cost?

It's based on your system's size (number of zones). We'll give you the price when you book, and the inspection is paid at booking before it's scheduled.
